Anti-Spam Policy

Rich Club Affiliates has a strict anti-spam policy; we will not tolerate spam. Preventing and dealing with all issues associated with spamming by our affiliates is our commitment. Each of our member affiliates agrees to our anti-spam policy; we will remove any affiliate guilty of this offence from our program. Any affiliates using spam-type promotional techniques will have their accounts closed and revenues withheld.

Spamming is an unproductive and damaging exercise that hurts the industry's reputation and alienates players. Spreading spam about a casino can make the casino liable for expenses incurred because of the spam. If we discover that you have engaged in the spread of material resulting in such expenses, we will extract these expenses from your account balance. If the account balance is inadequate to cover the total expenses, we will withhold scheduled payments until the complete recovery of the expenses.

Please contact us should you have a spam-related incident to report. We will contact the offending person and immediately end the spam. Please report any Spam incidences by contacting us.
